You will receive a manual and instruction book free of charge along with the machine, available in various languages including Spanish, Russian, and more. Can you ship machines to my country?

Yes, simply provide us with your destination port, and we will coordinate with our longstanding shipping forwarder team to offer you various shipping options including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP. We typically suggest a business district address for delivery.

What is the warranty period for your machines?

Our machines come with a 12-month guarantee against any non-man-made damage. During this period, if any parts are found to be faulty, we will provide new spare parts to replace them.

Where and how quickly can I get replacement parts?

We maintain a stock of most common spare parts, allowing us to ship them to your address within one week. Alternatively, some spare parts can be purchased locally for your convenience.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 30% advance payment via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance due before delivery.
